Mate i get it, i hate transfer windows when it comes to us - i can never relax and i always think the worse case will happen to us every window (suppose yrs of shocking windows does that)
Itll be a combo of things, players heads would have been turned by PL moves n PL wages. See it all the time, players have 1 good season and try n cash in. Sounds like the club has not caved to those wage demands, which i think is tue right thing - obviously im saying that without knowing how much etc
At the end of the day i just want players that want to play for us, as they represent us every time they go on the pitch
I know thatd a very simplistic outlook and football isnt like that these days, players chase quick moves.
Non of the players were superstars when they came here, we got them to that level so why can we not do that with even better players?
My biggest concern is mainly the timing, if its all true of course. Just dont think we should be blaming the club until we know what the squad looks like after the window closes
