Shearer adjusted his game when his legs went and still managed to keep it up.

Shearer had two leg breaks in his career too and his goals in the 1st division before the prem replaced it aren't in the count

Impressive and the fact he had two broken legs in his career makes it more impressive.

He says he's doesn't regret not going to man united or Barcelona, but I bet he does although I think there's some truth in him saying he played for no9 and broke records playing for the club he supported and watched as a child in the stands.

Yeah, don’t get too excited about that. Ryan was a good player for us, I hope he enjoys his retirement. Most Saints fans will sleep easy knowing Vesty isn’t at the heart of our defence anymore.

he is ****, that’s why he had a few seasons in England and the rest in farmers leagues. I rest my case, done and dusted. You then even went on to say you had only had one great striker after I mentioned Shearer and Sir les as great strikers for you.

Firstly I just said he's got 43 from 99 in the premier league and secondly I have Ferdinand in the list I provided in the 1st place.

If 43 goals in 100 appearances is **** then you really are off your trolley mate.

You realise the list I replied to contained asamoah Gyan?

Yes if were talking greats then Shearer is way out in front of les
