makes no sense to downgrade on Isak for a bit of loose change in the back pocket

Don’t have an option when a player wants out. World Cup coming up.

I don't think any of us want an Etikite for Isak swap, just right now chances of having both playing for us this season ain't high. Obviously keeping Isak is the priority, but there's still a chance for both, but not a huge chance atm. Liverpool have played this one pretty well.
Liverpool will just keep nudging the price up for the lad Newcastle want, then drop out, let Newcastle win and then take Isak.
He has a release clause though, it won't go higher. We already offered close to it.
but, as you said, he only wants Newcastle, .
I didn't say that actually.

I can’t let this slide. It was 70 yearsSo Mr Ekitike, there are 2 clubs in England that want your services, the one is Newcastle, who have won their first trophy in 60 years, the other Liverpool, one of the most successful clubs in Europe over the last 50 years , what do you think.
" I only want Newcastle'
Yeah right

If Ekitike signs then you know Isak is away.I'd be surprised if we end up with both Isak and Ekitike after the recent few days developments, but very happy.
No one knows either way yet.
pity that Darwin had already turned down the Saudi offers in Jan and now in this window but that ****er never lets facts interfere with a "story"You must log in or register to see images

Looks like we in for Xhaka. That would be another very impressive and solid signing.
