Very good player him. I think Newcastle are looking at him as well. He’s come on leaps and bounds last season.

Suits you down to the ground bro. Great at pressing high up the pitch and he’s got that burst of speed that takes him away from most. Old school forward who will always look for the through ball when he’s on the shoulder of the last man.

We do lack some pace up top and in the team generally imo, I think that's something slots realised too, Frimpong and kerkez are quite rapid, not sure if Wirtz is in that catagory tbh

If we're really pursuing this then that must mean Nunez is off... Hopefully

You’re both better placed to judge than me, I just don’t think keepers are ever at a premium especially second choice. I’d be shocked if he goes for more than 20m.

tbh i reckon most likely to be around £17- £20m as everyone knows we need to sell him having for reasons i don't understand spent £40m on Marmdashvilli (sp) last summer

There will be no loan for Marmdashvilli, he will be learning from Allison this season and stay as back up (his own words)

He's only got 12 months left on his contract, if what I read is true. Which would make it £20m at most I would think and only that because of all the interest, including ourselves, but doubt very much we'd get him. Though a new keeper is a priority for us.
