For sure it will be close, but we have as good chance as any to buck the trend. .

Without getting overly excited regarding the hat 2 home results, it's not just the players we've brought in, it's the coaches also PLUS! I reckon RLB is no slouch when it comes to tactics against teams. Its gonna be a slog but I think we could get ok come the end of if the season. The West Ham fan I spoke to on the train up to Sunderland on the opening day reckons we'll finish 12th to 14th. I'll take that all day long!

If we finish that high, 4 or 5 players in our team will be linked with Premier League clubs playing in Europe.

The longer we stay in the league, the more opportunities we'll get in recruitment, but likewise, the club will have to fight off bids every year.
