Tin hat on, but although I'd be quite happy with Gimenez, I'd love us to sign Josh Sargent. This lad is the real deal in my book, and coming towards his prime. I think he'd fit in really well with our team and become an absolute menace.

Hate to say it, but was worried the Mags might take a punt on Sargent because he looks like he has all the tools to step up.

Honestly mate people say different breed that lot, I swear they are another planet.

The way they invade every post about us is baffling. Always with the same 3 lines.

The whole country absolutely savages them but they don’t seem to see that that’s a problem.

Paddy Power loving life ripping them to bits as they know they’ll engage.

They are such an anomaly of a bunch of supporters.

I still maintain though I never meet these sorts in real life, but they out there. You can’t miss them.

I have. I live in an area which has mainly been 50/50. They seem to talk (shout) to each other about NUFC on the understanding that we all want to hear about it, even for the benefit of people at the other side of the room/street. They seem to have this built in assumption that everybody supports Newcastle and that everybody loves football.
I **** you not, I had my bedroom window open at around 7am, a few Sunday mornings ago, and was woken by a couple of them angrily talking loudly directly underneath, '****ing, ****ing, Isak, twatting, should play for the shirt-ing'
I can honestly say that I have never heard 2 Sunderland supporters go on like that. I cant say that we dont, but we must do it more discreetly and only for the benefit of those interested.

Complete speculation but do we think it’s possible that they’ve seen enzos performance on the left on Saturday and thought we might not need a wide player as much as we thought? Mundle has played on the right before and Mayenda can play there if needed.
RLB knew this about Enzo all along so I'd be surprised if Saturday has changed anything
