The only time he really is right now is when he goes out on a limb like this regarding them. He is meant to be a Northern football writer for the Telegraph, but he is absolutely all in on the Saudis now. He does get news from them. If he has put this out, they want it out.

Isak is staying.

This is potentially the worst of all outcomes for them. He's asked to leave, but they've refused. Ok so far, but he's been training on his own after you blocked him from training with the main squad and you e banned/not invited him to the club barbeque. That's bound to strain relations further and make him want to leave more, add in the way fans have turned on him with prats camping outside the training ground and bedsheet banners calling him a rat. There's a recipe for things to get worse because any poor game he has that lot will be on his back, which is likely to upset him more. Then even if you get past the transfer deadline the speculation will still roll on until January and if he doesn't go then, the summer. We had the same with the Jack Clarke speculation in 23/24 season. Possibly the only way to maybe get him to change his mind is to get him to sign a bumper new contract, which as of now he's refusing to discuss. But if he does sign one, that's going to get Guimaraes, Gordon, Tonali, etc. wanting a new one and opening up possible PSR problems, including potentially buggering up their recruitment. They've a few players like Trippier, Schar, Jolinton aged 30 or above that will need replacing over the next few years. Possible PSR could affect what they can spend or offer as wages to get replacements in, let alone squad strengthening.

Honestly, it's a mess for them. :emoticon-0136-giggl

I think with mundle maybe a bit of a long term thing, according to the safc commentary today anyway, if jack Clarke is an option? He looked very badly deployed by Ipswich last night, they’re not playing any system that suits him, bringing him home would give us great competition on the left. No itk btw just musing on a message board while our lass talks to her mother for an hour on the phone.

Yes, because ALL South Americans have a rainbow flick in their locker and the defenders are all nailz. These are the facts. No brainer!
You are absolutely correct Sir.

I understand this lad carries a lock of hair from Josimar everywhere he goes. Channels him as he starts his graceful long legged gallop up the pitch.

Great news this, he seems like just what we need.
Hopefully at that price it frees up cash to bring in another top quality CB alongside him or someone special up top.

Multiple places seem to think a fee has been agreed or close to being agreed. “Deal not close” sounds worse in my head haha

Regardless of how close this deal is, it proves we’re clearly looking at more defence options - despite some pants pissing from some people across both forums.

Proud pant pisser here. Glad there’s movement but I’ll be adding **** to the piss if not a done deal by Weds.

Fortunately, I think West Ham are ****.
