Yeah defo played with 12 for Spain. I think in these days of personal brands, they’re more likely to try to stick with a number through their careers. Notable that neither of our new midfielders took number 6. Sadiki kept his number from USG. Diarra too. Think this is the way things are now. Wouldn’t surprise me if nobody takes number 9 this season.
