It would appear that relegation is not an option for KLD. If reports of how ‘Hands on’ he is being are true. This is his project and the only yardstick we can compare against is what his Father achieved at Marseille. He will want us to be challenging for domestic and European trophies sooner rather than later.
You can't imagine KLD sitting there thinking 'I must remember not to be too disappointed if we're terrible, in the PL, and go down'.
He's totally concentrated on making the club a success, it's fascinating to watch.
Funny, yes. But it bears remembering that this will be our exact fate in the coming years, as we progress. Theres a glass ceiling to all this that the big boys will simply never let us break through. Then the laugh will be on us.
Not worth worrying about future years, I just laugh at the here and now. They thought they’d storm it when they got took over but they’re struggling to keep their star player and sign a fair few of their targets.
I’ll keep laughing at them regardless of what our future is like, cheers.
