Real Madrid is already clear how to manage the position of center striker for this season and the next ones. The main doubt was between two promising young strikers: Endrick and Gonzalo. For now, everything indicates that Endrick will be the one who will keep the position as a starter, while Gonzalo will be on loan in the short term to continue accumulating experience.

The club is watching Endrick's performance over the next few months. If the young striker does not get outstanding numbers between now and December, it is not ruled out that Gonzalo can keep the position when he returns from the loan in January. In this way, Real Madrid seeks to have a flexible plan that allows them to take advantage of the talent of both players.

Makes you wonder if this lad has become available at the last minute and we have the Chelsea lad on hold! Probably be a loan regardless you’d think and maybe they prefer this lad.

Interesting….

yeh the timing adds up. He was unavailable when we were interested earlier in the window but now is available at the time our incoming strikers flight gets postponed despite all other private flights continuing.

Guiu’s flight postponement could be absolutely anything and he could be flying in tomorrow, but it could also be this.

Get them both in then go big on the 2 centre backs and another winger hopefully

Remember when Mundle got injured but people couldn’t accept that so had to claim he had stormed home in a huff and was joining PSV because the club had signed a left winger.

The same bullshit now appearing about Patterson but more sinister. He’s injured, needs a knee op. Give him a break with the bullshit.

I think we over state the reach of 'rumours' like these. I'm desperate enough for news about anything sunderland to have an account on a sunderland forum and I'm having to read between the lines. Most, the vast majority in fact, will take on face value the update from the club that he's injured and won't think a second longer about it.

I know things can change fast in football, but there's been 3 different deals for Garcia in about as many weeks. First it was buy for 30m but Real Madrid can buy back for 40m, then there was buying for 20 or 25m with no buy back mentioned, and now it's 6 month loan because Endrick might not kick on in his development.

Hard to keep up, and that's only 1 player!
