Guiu delay isn’t weather as it was fine when he was due to take the flight, something else, although what, we don’t know, and may never know, has delayed the signing.
I'm not sure you'd delay the flight by days even if it WAS weather related. There's barely a breath of wind down here in the south. You couldn't fly a kite. They'd just fly him into London and drive him up rather than delay things a few days this close to the start of the season.
Or, do the medical somewhere else entirely. Wouldn't be the first time this summer.

Yeah I personally dont think there is anything other than weather issues for planes at play, as much as I love the rumours
