Surprised Fabrizio hasn't posted about this like, not that he needs to, we have had Ornstein and Keith Downie

The multi-clubs in European competitions always confuses me. Some seem to be fine and others not.

I've always thought it's a good idea as long as you are the main club. But I would rather have KLD's full interest I think.

I think MCOs are a bad idea personally. But to get round the rules, you just have to fill in the forms and submit them at the right time. The rules are tissue paper thin, and are there for appearances.

Submit them is what Marinakis did, and what Textor didn't.

As an indication of how absurd the rules are, Marinakis' interest in Forest is held in a blind trust. This means that he can have no "decisive influence or control" there. This for a bloke who goes onto the pitch to berate a manager and holds contract negotiations with players, almost in public!

He even stood over MGW while he did his interview about signing his new deal and not going to Spurs! It was like some mafia boss making sure his hostage said the right things.

Maybe we will start to ship a few out now . It must be a bit of a mare keeping everybody in line and avoid disruption at AOL

Don't think we need worry too much about European tie-ups just yet. We're a year ahead of KLD 5 year plan.....wouldn't surprise me if this season was year 1 of another.

over the years the bedrock of nearly every successful team was based on a solid defence and especially a great goal keeper...Fingers crossed this dutch lad is the one, the clips does show his ability.
We just need one or two commanding centre half's now and I will comfortable going into the West Ham game...our squad is taking shape, exciting times

I was blabbing on about ortega yesterday because he was the name in the press albeit only very loosely linked, need to stop trying to 2nd guess what’s going on, fell back into the trap as I was getting twitchy about a keeper, we operate so well there will be multiple plays in negotiations we will never know about so I need to take my own advice and sit back and enjoy the ride! We’ve never had it this good in my lifetime

It's impossible mate, the club are running rings around the media and feeding them exactly what they want them to know.

It reminds me of Homer Simpson pouring in salt water and fresh water for 'Pinchy' his lobster <laugh>

It's great for the supporters because we can just sit back and watch things unfold.

Their tissue paper thin but also ridiculously in-forced an Irish team has been kicked out of Europe because their owners bought a team after the deadline who are also in the European competition.
There’s not a lot of money in Irish football and they had gotten in through the cup even one round would’ve made a difference

What’s the craic on him? I’ve been busy the last couple of days. Sure I’ve seen a likely to sign and not likely to sign report. Roef shows that we may have other things going on under the radar.
The media for Lucumi is playing out as it did for Xhaka

all noise is Italian outlets and papers driving up Bologna’s price, saying he’s not for sale, saying other clubs want him

despite the fact they’re busy trying to sign his replacement
