Sorry but I don't really know you mate.

All I can say is that the info has been verified, it was definitely Xhaka and he wants to be at Sunderland.

Adringa/Mayenda/Enzo/Talbi hasn’t seemed to click yet. Personally would rather see Enzo deeper and surprised we did at Shields and then we reverted back to him further forward. I like Mayenda but it’s a long season and watching him away at the likes of Anfield up top in his own is a tall order for the lad. Talbi works hard defensively but I would prefer him to the sub winger at this point. Adringa is going to be an important player for us and we need to find a way of getting the best out of him. Right now I’m not sure Adringa+Talbi is much of an upgrade on Mundle+Roberts.

Hopefully we get more than one new face in next week. 3 would be welcome.

I thought Le Fee was more advanced today than he was in either of the previous two friendlies, a contributing factor (one of many no doubt) to the poor performance.

In that shields game I kinda hoped that part of our plan for the season was to play with Mayenda in a front pair. It makes such a difference to him. Have been somewhat disappointed to have not seen it since.

I think I agree. We will still go for another winger I think. I really would like to see a striker too of a similar calibre to the lads we’ve brought in so far. Wouldn’t want to hang all the responsibility on mayenda or Isidor

I think it’s due to the prem these days. 2 strikers seems to only work in a 3/5 back.

Defo think we might need to look for a striker who can lead the line with some pace and physicality
