Cheers mate, pinch of salt stuff then, Brad has been spot on at times during the window but also not so much (mainly on the striker front), hope he’s right thoughNot much, other than the fact that Bradley Dennis lad thinks we’ve upped our Xhaka bid to 15m euro + a few extra mil for bonuses etc.
Also says we’re very confident of at least 1 CB coming in soon.
Magnus says we’re interested in Douglas Luiz from Juventus.
As far as ‘official’ updates, nowt.
When I looked at flights earlier I missed this or it got added late … interesting it’s gone to Teesside tooDid we mention the second flight from antwerp within a few days to the north east?

Does it mean a done deal if Dan Neil starts following Xhaka on Instagram?
You are right mate. I value our premier league position and hope we stay up. But there are certain principles that have been reinstated in our club under KLD and I would not give those up for survival. This isnt a one chance only thing, but accept it is one we should try to take. All said and done though, I back the club, they know more than me.I understand your approach to it, but it relies on putting quite a lot of faith into the current squad. I admire that, but I also feel that having read your posts on here often, being in the Premier League isn't the only thing that matters to you.
I don't think the club feels the same way. The scale at which we've accelerated since being promoted shows the riches on offer in this league and KLD is trying to ensure that we don't give that up any time soon.
I don't really disagree with any of your points on players like Seelt, O'Nien, Alese, Huggins etc. but I think the scenario the club are trying to avoid is getting to September, seeing that these lads are not good enough and having no open window to fix the problem.
I think we'll go for depth and then offload in January or the end of the season if we need to. It comes with the downside of possibly having some unhappy players but I think the downside of having too few quality players is a far greater risk.
no that only works if they’re connected on LinkedIn

Great platform for work inspirational quotes
fingers crossed️: We’re told that Sunderland are still in negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen over the signing of Swiss International Midfielder Granit Xhaka.
Reports earlier from BILD stated otherwise but our sources are telling us that the deal is still being worked on.
Expecting some sort of updates across Social media platforms this evening.
