Obviously a good character but I think his career will primarily be as 3rd choice keeper wherever he goes unless it’s a substantial drop down the leagues.

Good move for the lad, the ownership know a thing or 2 about decent keepers they played with the best of the best ! For me we are ok at goalkeeper for this season, there are a few clamouring for a new keeper but I think Patterson has earned his shot at the big time, he will be busier but his shot stopping is immense, he could be adding some zeros on his value week by week.
