If he's been in Serie B, I wonder what wage has he been on? If say £10k a week, will this cause us problems increasing it to more than say £20k - as it would upset Neil and Cirkin, who maybe in a similar pay band/ incremental increase issue?

It will also be interesting to see what that other CB we were linked with who's on £7k, to what we agree on.

I don't know what this bloke was on in Serie B. But most are an pretty low cash. £5k/ wk is good going there, but he might have been an exception .It's nowhere near our second Tier. Very professional in their attitude and approach but not highly paid.

Clear as day we still need a good few players to make up a good squad, pretty much the whole back line from the 2nd half need replacing, probably browne and aleksic too

The positive thing is that once Reinildo comes in then Huggins would be in the second team cirkin back in September but we definitely need 2 cbs

I'd rather bring in 2 CBs but I can understand if the club see Seelt as someone who can really contribute. Bringing in zero would make no sense.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if Seelt is playing himself in. He’s looked great so far. Certainly confidence amongst the fanbase that he’s nailed on to be bombed out looks a bit shaky. Have to get at least one in though. Would imagine the plan is for one before WHU and then see how the remainder of the market pans out. There’ll undoubtedly be bargains available as we approach the deadline.
