Checking in. Good to see the club put injury stuff. More of that I think.

There is lots of investment into this space, so I would expect things to improve internally and externally quickly.

L09 shoulder is very close to being a decider btw. Now sure many will say it out loud but it is. The repair and likelihood of re injury is so high.

Cirkin had a bad first surgery. Seen a batter one now so hopefully that gets sorted.

AA. The boxer who is a footballer. Will always get injured. I would release asap TBH.

Heldje has more time to earn the stripes but this will screw him for a loan. So be sitting on his arse till Jan.

Surely means the club want 2 centre backs then

I see it in Seelt but can’t help think the best way for him to get there is to be playing regularly and he won’t do that this season. I’d still be loaning him with a view to having him with us next season.

The only doubt I have about Seelt is his robustness. He is quality. Great in the air, pacey and cultured with the ball.

Surprised to see the comments on seelt like. Genuinely didn’t see him playing a minute of prem football next season. Loan made sense to me.

Before he was injured I can’t really remembering him standing out, feel like he mainly covered at rb when he got in the team but can’t really remember. Interesting though.

He did but his best performances were against the best teams and he was playing really well imo especially defensively

I hope with what Prehab says, that if we are prioritising Seelt with Alese being injured, we end up seeing Aji get the chance to leave.

If, and it’s a big if, we could get Seelt and Alese fully fit I think that’s possibly our best partnership and does have premier league potential but I don’t think we can chance that. It’s two first choice CB’s needed imo and then I’d be inclined to see if we could get a loan for Hjelde and Seelt to January if they’re fit enough.

Honestly its been so long since I've seen Seelt that I've forgotten if he's good or not. I've also mostly blocked the memory of the 23/24 season out which doesn't help.

Also in fairness to him, hasn't it just been one catastrophic knee injury that has kept him out so long? Not like he's a proven sick note.

I find it hard to see how Seelt is so good when no SAFC manager has been willing to play him at centre half yet. Although we did spend £2 million on him which seemed like a big amount at the time.

Would like to see us loaning out some of these players to small local teams like Boro.
