I def want some experience in the squad as well, as long as players that fit our playing style
I also want some british lads signed as well
Why?

Because they can afford to have someone who will barely play on the wages he'll be on. We can't.
Think that’s what Chelsea bid they wanted 30 million eurosWe all know who this is !
Wasnt Mike Maignan available for 15million is french and a GK

The pair of them were definitely at the SOL, there was a pic of a bairn who got a photo of them doing the rounds on twitterInteresting Keith said Sadiki and Diarra were at the SOL earlier in the week. Maybe it wasn't Diarra.
Thank **** we won that play off final. You must log in or register to see media
Part of running a successful business is not to alienate your loyal customers!Trying to coax out the contradictions, if it's all business relocating the training ground to London would probably be smart, but I imagine most would be against it. Where's the line? let's find it!

This is what would have been happening to us if we didn’t.

Now you're getting it, would you say a signing like Hendo, who is maybe past his best but a local lad with strong Sunderland connections, would endear the supporters to the club even further?
Ah but the supporters would be less endeared by a relegation.

Would suit italy where you have lots of time on the ball and not really physicalI wonder what the reaction would be on here if he was from France and we hadnt seen much of him but was linked and someone put that highlights reel up? We would probably be saying £25m is a bargain.
I dont think much of highlight reels. Certainly not to judge a player. But it gives a sense of the capability, if not the fallibilities. Dan has so much quality and I remain convinced he is the perfect modern day deep midfielder. Like every footballer, he has weaknesses, but in his case they are massively outweighed.
I grow increasingly worried he is away. I will be absolutely devasted. Folk who dont think sentimentality has a place in football may well be right. I choose to be sentimental as it brings me joy in the game. Dan is a pure joy footballer for me, I love him to bits. If he goes it will take some getting over for me. Not the first footballer to have moved me like he has, and wont be the last. Just hope it is overseas and not premier league, in Italy he would be absolutely idolised and a talent like his deserves that.
If he leaves its his decision not the clubs. Hope people remember thatI def don't want Neil to go but feels like he will go
Been really quiet on the contract front and everything I've heard is he isn't signing it. The club will have a deadline in mind and if it's not signed by then I could see him moving on
Could we sign better than him, of course but we could equally sign worse than him. There's something special with having academy lads in the team and while I think there's areas of his game that will likely get found out at the next level, I could also see him improving in these
I want him to stay but my gut feeling is he will be away
Making big decisions with heart over head is not how clubs at the elite level should operate. Now you're getting it, would you say a signing like Hendo, who is maybe past his best but a local lad with strong Sunderland connections, would endear the supporters to the club even further?
