In the know info always has an element of Chinese whispers to it it’s 2nd hand info at best, take it all with a pinch of salt for me, no big deal if nothing comes of it, fair play anyone willing to put their neck on the line with it I know I wouldn’t
I’ll be honest, if I was a journalist and I knew SAFC were signing any player I’d do a piece on Leeds being about to sign them before I did the piece on us just for the craic.
I’ve learnt my lesson with both him and Brad. Good intention or not they’ve helped facilitate fans getting unduly carried away. Done the same with Mika.
Not suggesting they lied or everyone should ignore them from now on, but I will be.
Quite funny that Chelsea are in such a position with PSR that they’re going to have charge their parent club a proper fee for Petrovic and can’t just send him owa for peanuts 
It’s all part of the ‘fun’ of the transfer window I guess, it’s just not fun when it doesn’t go your way, we’ll have a new name to be buzzing about soon enough though I’m sure

even if it goes the right way though, it’s not more fun. It’s just as fun getting the here we go when it comes. We don’t need people on the internet trying to claim first dibs to get more attention.
If buying a new keeper for 20m plus means we have 20m plus less to spend on a CB, LW and a Striker id be more than happy to see Patto be our number 1 till January when we can reevaluate

Not for me, a good goalkeeper is vital, Patto is not PL standard imo at all
Could be too late by then. I didn't think we would be looking for a new gk but now it's looks like we are I'm relieved. Patto made some mistakes that he got punished for and some he didn't last season. He had a very last few weeks but he was mainly alright with some really bad. Not the standard we need for the Premier league imo!
Fair enough mate. I certainly dont think he'd be the worst keeper in the league though. Id have him over Onana for example

he’s currently 19th because of meslier
