He is 29 now. Sounds mad that. The top end prem clubs arent going for him imo. Spurs maybe but not sure Franke would do it. Will he fancy overseas? I am not sure any other Euro league would attract him and I think he has eyes on England. For us it makes sense to find a way because we have nobody who can do what he does. So many young players still who need someone to look up to and learn from. He is a bit of a home bird as well and could see him liking the NE. If we can play with him in a central attacking role he would look a million dollars imo.

Grealish definitely won't be coming here in my opinion but where do people see him ending up (as not City and if not here)?

Not Villa? The finances are perhaps an issue there even if there was a will...

That’s what I think. I think grealish is a proper footy lad and would love a club like us. Has his downsides for sure and financially can’t see us even trying, but as a hypothetical just think it would click for some reason. Villa most likely I recon.

If Grealish joins, I want him on the wing for us, get a real solid LB behind him and he would be so dangerous with some of the runners we have in our team

I was looking more 4231 with him left of the attacking 3. Mayenda or Mika as the 1, with their movement, and it could be sensational.

Grealish feels like fantasy land for where we are at the minute.
But who knows with how this windows gone so far lol

Aye that's fair, it'll all come down to his desire - always wary signing players from a big club where they've won everything but the fact it's a WC yr makes it worth it

I don't think it's an unrealistic as some think

Of course the finances will be an issue

He needs an arm around him to feel wanted..it's not always about money. He would lap it up here.
