Yeh I guess though Strasbourg will have wanted that announced. We don't have a third party influencing when we announce Reinildo so no "rush" to announce it, as much as us fans want it

I think you might’ve singled handled figured out how Man City are spending so much and getting away with it mate. They had £200m of outgoings on new players last season but only £22m of that was in the summer, so £178m just gets written off as gifts. That must be the way forward
