Have they even broke ground on there new stadium, because bulka will probably be retired by the time its built

Don't think it's anywhere near looking at site photos.

This is from April, compared to what the stadium will look like.

I just don't believe Bulka willingly will go to a club like that, it's also very evident that Fabrizio has said nothing about ti other than replying with a winky face to a post that said nice has agreed a fee with us and NEOM

He’s not engaging with santi or mercato

if they’re correct he usually does, him and santi have done reports together previously

also L’equipe are as reliable as they come but since yesterdays they’ve wrote three different stories on bulka. They haven’t got a scooby

Money talks though mate.

Romano's "silence" on it could mean anything:

1) he's confident its Sunderland is waiting to confirm once its sorted
2) he now knows its NEOM but is shying away from posting and highlighting he was wrong
3) its genuinely with Bulka to decide and he's waiting on the decision.

not sure he would reply to the post he did if that was the case.

Likely number 3 for me

He wasn’t silent is the issue

Romano has absolutely posted when he’s been wrong.

He’d still break Bulka to Neom if he thought it was happening.

Be cool boys. It’s Bulka causing the delay. Generational wealth for your bloodline or sporting ambition.

It’s a massive call.

Looking at the pics posted if that’s where the lad wants to go and play for all the cash he can handle good luck to him,for me it’s bad advice and the greed of others

Well I’m off to work till lunchtime. Will close this thread down and refresh on my lunch break.

I expect a big page jump and loads of links and probably an announcement or a ‘here we go’. Haway!

4) He doesn’t give a **** because nobody is paying him to post the update?

In a way, he could pursue sporting ambition then get generational wealth in 5 years time if he's successful here with us; but the alternative isn't really quite as common (someone like Jhon Duran could go from Fenerbache to like Bayern or a champions league club maybe?)

There's an argument (that I don't agree with), that he's young enough as a keeper to go to Saudi for 3 years, earn a bucket load of money and then come back to Europe and have a really long career as a keeper whilst he's in his prime.

The argument against that is that he won't develop as much out there.

What's encouraging for me is that all of the outlets in europe that had reported Bulka is "close" to NEOM have all said that we're pushing to change his mind and it's still possible.

Just the whole cadence and nature of that feels like we're the ones changing his mind, not Neom.
