No idea as Bischoff mainly plays as a LWB aswell as LW and is more of a promising talent, whereas Lauriente is of higher quality and more experienced and would likely be one of those players that go straight into the XI. Talk of €20m being the fee to get it done
it is. there's no way we only sign 5 players this window. Would be our quietest summer window in about 20 years.

Agreed 5 "major" ones and 5 "squad" ones... but the reality there's no such thing as a first team or first eleven. I reckon there will be 9-10 signings of players who can contribute immediately by being in matchday squads.

I reckon it probably is. Mundle needs excellent competition as does Cirkin but I think we’re looking at both as attacking wide left and will ultimately only sign one.

We’re likely to have lost/sold/loaned more than five midfielder never mind other outgoings. Jobe gone, Samed returned, Ekwah almost gone, Triantis potentially sold or loaned, Browne probably free to go subject to signings, Jones likely to be loaned. There’s no way we sign another four players across the whole squad and say job done. I’d be genuinely surprised if we sign less than 10. Might only be two CB’s, midfielder and a RW that are definitely starting but there’ll be others that are good enough to play reasonably often as they develop.
Yeah. As I say it all just depends on what things look like by the end. I'm not shouting from the rooftops on this one (based on the chatter about 5 key signings) but I'm happy to see how it all plays out. He definitely seems to have some good characteristics.

Last year wasn't great on the left hand side with injuries so maybe we want to solidify that side. Cirkin has had more than his fair share of injuries unfortunately and maybe Mundle was unlucky but it was also his first full season of 1st team football with us and he had long periods out with hamstring issues.
