It’s not as simple as one track or another. It’s all just about use of intelligence. I’d be very disappointed if the club is being narrow in its focus just because we’re recruiting Ghisolfi. That would not represent the operations of a smart club.

Pep again saying he wants to reduce the size of his squad. Some really good young lads there who could flourish in the right setup.

The likes of Gray must think there a million miles away from the first team, but looking at their genuine first team players they’re are guaranteed to be some surprise names being made available. He’s got upwards of 10 first teamers to shed.

I have really enjoyed watching Perrone at times. Suspect he will go to Como if he is one allowed to leave. I wouldnt be surprised to see Stones move on either (not that I am suggesting him for us). Macatee would be quite the signing, wonder what his price tag would look like.
