I hope we maintain what we've done well (targeting UK Academies (I'm most excited by the Gray and Lennon Miller links), trying to implement a playing style that will most appeal to our crowd and therefore utilise them as an asset, provision of pathway for Academy players etc) and that this is just a move to improve the things we've perhaps not done so well rather than a complete revamp.

I'm happy. I trust KLD's judgement more than mine, expect they will have it worked out so Speakman and new guy can work independently and collaborate successfully.
