I know, I'm comparing them as teenagers when Turnbull hit 15 in a season from midfield for Motherwell, and now he plays for Cardiff in League One.
Leeds seem to be operating in a better market than I was expecting. I expected them to be in with a good chance of survival but it feels like their goal isn't to even be in that conversation.
I've got nothing to base this on except the rumours of players linked but it does concern me slightly that other Premier League clubs seem to be in the market for a lot of the players we're targeting. We'll most likely be at the bottom of the list for wages we can offer if that's the case.
we only know we’re targeting certain players as somebody is leaking those ones. I bet there’s loads that aren’t being leaked
Like I said, nowt to base it on, just the same speculation as this entire thread to be fair. Just going to be honest and say it's a concern I have.
