Regarding Hemir, I certainly won't be writing any of our young players off. The club has seen something in the lad and I trust our recruitment. He may just need more time, he's only a kid and had to settle in a foreign country...and then been loaned to another one.

Hope the lad comes through in a similar way to Mayenda. He will have seen his progress and hopefully has a point to prove.

.By the start of the season he will be 22 mind, not a kid anymore. Not over for him at all, but he has had three good clubs, no doubt three sets of good coaches, and up to now looks miles off.

That said, he could not have a better example in front of his eyes than Mayenda.

I agree the stats aren't exactly positive however there are plenty of players who went on to be top players after blooming late.

Just as an example striker wise Ciro Immobile and Vardy were mid 20s I believe, I just don't think we should give up just yet on the lad. I think he has something about him.

Tbf at hemirs age immobile had just scored 28 in 32 in serie B

Devils advocate but has Seelt done enough consistently enough to get a “good” championship loan? I don’t think he has.

Think Seelt might only get League One or SPL offers until he’s put a string of games together.
