I hate to sound so moneyball but we don’t necessarily need to replace jobe’s physicality in an individual player. A big powerful centre half, powerful fast right winger, and a 6 foot centre mid would be class. At left back too given that despite how much I rate cirkin, we’ve never been able to rely upon him for every game in a season. Plus a striker with physical presence to complement mayenda and Isidor.
Think Joe Gomez is a bad one for me. Well beyond our level but too expensive, too injury prone and likely on a downwards trajectory now.

He was very raw the games I watched, didn't massively stand out ability wise. Not watched him much last couple seasons though so not sure how he's kicked on.
No idea if it's him, he's just the 1st player that jumps to my head when I hear 6ft 6
