Really really important in us being near the top of the table, doesnt mean I think he can translate to the premier league.

Again if the fee is low I would be fine with Mepham playing a squad role.

Genuinely believe that’s his level - top end of the championship. I wouldn’t be against signing him but no worries at all if he goes elsewhere

I honestly dont understand how anyone would not want to sign him. He has Premiership experience, height, physicality, heart of a lion and he's been a stand out player for us all season.
Him and Ballard could already be our first choice pairing next season.

We've had so many bad CBs, Mephs has been one of the best ive seen for us in many years.

I do find it strange they haven't announced anything today. Id have though Le Fee would've been all over the socials today

It’s not a case of not wanting to sign him, I’m just not fussed if he goes elsewhere. Personally want a new CB who’s left footed and can slot straight in at LCB. Ballard and Mepham wouldn’t be a great patnership at PL level imho

Potentially yeah

but I think they’re going to be big squad options

particularly huggins, those at the club think very very very highly of him
