Obviously the Watson thing sounds made up by someone with a vendetta against the club.

Like much of what we end up hearing attributed to vague sources or no sources at all.

Think Watson will leave. Think the rest sounds like an outright lie.
So if you think it's made up, we'll who would believe we would get Le Fee, who would believe that we would keep hold of Jude.
But strange that we did. IF it's true and I have no reason to doubt him.
We will get a lot of money for him, let's HOPE it's bollocks, and if it is I will let the world know.

Absolute non-sequiturs.

You aren't the herald of the gods, Bob. You're seemingly a bloke who gets bits of good information and bits of bad information.

This particular piece of information sounds like horseshite.

all news sounds like bull honkey when its about players leaving,

Us having agreed a deal with Brighton doesn't sound like bull. Can 100% believe that.

Us agreeing to him missing the last 4 games of the season and playoffs does sound like bull tho, considering a winning goal from him could bring us £150m.

We'll only find out if its true if he does miss those games (and even then it may be a genuine injury).

Not saying its not true, but he could sustain a career threatening injury any game he plays between now and then...if that is the worry. Also from Sunderlands perspective if we are in line to get a bunch of cash for a player who doesn't want to be here, then why play him at all
He's looked miles off it since coming back. Might just be his injury and needing minutes ir his head could have been turned

It's just such an odd clause, don't really understand it tbh.

Why would Brighton want him getting less experience?

Why would we agree for him to miss the most important games of the entire year for no reason? (It's not like Brighton will refuse to sign him if he does play those games)

How is it even legal/possible for Brighton to make such a stipulation at this moment in time (I.e. not in a transfer window)?

None of it makes sense...

How’s the other young lad Brighton signed from us got on? Was it Robertson?

Think he's had quite a few injuries and he's been stuck behind quite a lot of other talented Brighton youngsters. Shame as he seemed to have a real good future with us and I think would have played a part this season. He left because he was behind Rigg in our factory but now he's behind loads.

That’s not good to hear, know he was really highly rated here hopefully he can kick in and get a loan somewhere next year

People are very extreme with their opinions on Watson and other players, especially youngsters. They're either amazing or ****e.
And those opinions can change week by week or even day by day. Welcome to the modern world.
The answer, of course, is that they are young lads still learning their trade, and some games are better than others.

I have absolutely no idea how true any of it is but it’s something I’ve heard of before. Buying club doesn’t want to risk player getting injured and selling club doesn’t want to risk missing out on a fee so they end up with a gentleman’s agreement related to game time. Does seem barmy because a player could pick up an injury at any given moment but they’ll likely feel that their medical structure is better than ours.

Chelsea spending huge money on kids, no surprise there. Quenda has potential to be great.

Supposedly the deal WAS AGREED at Xmas window, to stop others putting in bids.
I'm meeting my agent pal on Tuesday up in the NE.
I will see if his info is correct.
