    I would accept him more as a back up RB than I would a CB tbh

    I'm not a huge fan of him as a RB but as a back up to Hume (and potentially Huggins) then it makes more sense

    If he's one of the 1st 4 choice CBs I'd be worried tho

    We played that out of possession, in possession it was usually a 433

    I don't think we will change it this year tbh

    There will be games where we might tweak it slightly

    Tanganga is bad. I understand the fee is low and he can play multiple positions (poorly), but he's a midtable Championship player imo. His speed gets him out of a lot of trouble in the Championship, that won't happen in the PL.

    On a few occasions we did, but we mostly played with 1 CF and then had Rigg in the no10 role and he pushed up out of possession to become a 2nd striker

    I wonder if his mobility would mean he’s probably about as likely to succeed at pl level as Ballard tbh, but I wouldn’t see him as anything other than cover. Fully expect us not to do ‘two players per position’ anyway as it’s a bit noddy. We’ll go for defenders that can cover multiple spots plus a small handful of stick-on starters. Maybe Tanganga coming in allows us to get Seelt a season loan. For the price it’s good with me.

    It performed well as a defensive formation for us, and was our second most used formation no way it gets totally disregarded as an option

    what happened to giving new players a chance? and not writing them off?

    one bad club doesnt equal one bad player everywhere they go, have some faith,

    there is a reason why we are after them, RLB/KS/SH see something in them, trust that

    We’re not playing 4-4-2 with two wingers in the prem. We’d get turned to meat paste on a weekly basis.

    I am not saying we will play it with two wingers as such but RLB clearly liked playing the two banks of 4 with two options to counter attack, he will need a squad of players to be able to at least give us options to play two forwards together even if it was just when we are chasing games, I think we need 2 more forwards probably one striker and one bit like Lauriente
