Aye real shame. He could be a beast. Pace and power, decent on ball. We can hope that at some point he can stay fit.

There’s a few left sided CB we could go for Brassier, Niakite at Braga is good. Really ambitious one be Coulibaly off Dortmund but he might play there this season.

Yeah I like him too, maybe I'm wrong but I would be a bit scared of our only CB incomings were Cresswell and Goglichidze - Cresswell has looked really solid in a possession heavy England u21 team but he was still prone to naivety for toulouse.

His move to Como makes sense and I think he suits Italian football really well, I think I'd just want someone more assured in defence, even just one player who's got an air of calmness about them and some top level games under their belt (not saying some 40 year old but a 26 year old who's played a lot by now).

Coulibaly essentially has played no football apart from a short stint in Belgium and would be a big risk.

I quite like brassier but my only concern is that Rennes have activated the option to buy him so he's not for sale.

Got to say I really like his close control, seems very assured when dribbling, not really erratic or raw like we’ve seen from other wingers we’ve signed from abroad

Looks really calm and in control. Very aware of what’s going on and his clever passes between lines will create goals. Impressed

They got him for €12million, I wager they be tempted to sell if someone offered £15million.

He was class for Brest I thought OM was a perfect move for him but they didn’t play him.

Pure speculation of course as we know we be looking French market.
