    That's good news if true. Doesn't tally up with "Juventus and Newcastle were close to signing him" though imo.

    Not that I profess to know anything about running a football club...however, It strikes me running a club in the Championship or League 1 is vastly different to the EPL...The backroom staff to try and compete at this level is another beast, so i'm guessing SAFC are simply adjusting to a new life in a far superior environment. Speakman has, is and hopefully will work wonders for this club... another set of eyes can only be positive for the future of the club

    Was hoping our first signing, Le Fee apart, would be a marker and knock us up a notch in terms of profile/attractiveness. Seems like we've done it but not in the way I was expecting.

    final is 5th of June, either in Baku or Madrid,

    hoping Madrid,

    so possibly a cheap hotel with a pool and cheap beer then head to a fan park

    Lads it’s a bit unrealistic to be talking about getting to the champions league final in 2 seasons. It’s ridiculous and makes us look over confident and a little bit silly frankly.

    It will be 3 seasons.
