Rudoni - a big yes please from me. He is ready to step up and would bring some much needed goals from midfield for us.

I dont really get modern fees, but upto £15m would be fine by me. Even chuck a sell on in. I think he has levels to go up yet.

he needs to go somewhere we he can be a maverick again and being a maverick doesnt have to come at the cost of work rate, defensive duties etc

cant knock what pep has acheived but hes moulded players into very specific cogs and whilst its brought them success he aint half reformulated some players.

did they really need to spend 100m on grealish to get him to do what they wanted and have him doing? they paid 100m and neglected all his attributes bar his ability to be part of a team.

Emery likes a bit of that. Villa, even without his history and love for the club, looks a good fit.

Plus they’d be £60million up on the deal.

It’s pretty nuanced this though. Russian currently banned from international competition. Can’t compete in tennis, olympics etc under Russian flag. I know the Russian players aren’t at fault but there are sanctions on Russia and all for legitimate reasons.

My issue with them isn’t even moral though. It’s because I can already hear the noise from the media and other fans when we sign the player. I can’t see any English club signing a Russian until the Russian sanctions are lifted.

anyway I know nobody agrees with me so there’s little point in replying to me telling me I’m wrong because I clearly am :D . It’s just how I feel and what I think would happen.

Aye **** Messi, Enzo, Lautaro and Martinez.

Them corned beef munchers had a fight with us moons ago.

That Julio Arca was a right waste of our money.

you know I was joking right? He said Argentina are less divisive so I gave him a reason :D

Thread] Who is Keita Kosugi?

After asserting itself as a centrepiece of Djurgården, it is clear that there is great interest abroad.

PSG, Nice, Benfica, Sunderland, Celtic, Atalanta... so many clubs follow this 19-year-old lateral!

Would add creativity, goals and physicality to our midfield - it'll be a wind up though
He’s not that physical and although he’s got a few goals and assists they’ve predominantly been because he’s good aerially. It might sound odd but I don’t think he actually is that creative in the traditional sense and I don’t think he’d suit our style.

He’s just so selfless. It’s not the “look at me” show and despite that he exudes leadership that gets the attention the ranters and ravers crave.

He really does.

Said it all when he dropped the tracks for a suit for Wembley. Respected the occasion.

‘who’s this James Bond looking ****er’ <laugh>

Now the dust has settled after the **** run, just reflect on how wonderful an appointment he has been.

Flawless? No. But **** me, we are PL. he did it his way and it may have been hairy at times but the lads bought it and they executed it.

They related to him. They trusted him.

It was great watching RLBs calmness all the way through the final (in hindsight) versus Wilder starting off all cocky then, bit by bit, falling to pieces. The gradual realisation by Wilder that he’d been done.
