Leipzig are absolutely loaded with DM mind, they may well be open to shuffling one out.

Any one of him, Schlager or Vermeeren be a yes please.

Yes @SunderlandAFC is asking for 40, but I can confirm that there is an agreement with the consultant that he can leave for “25+5 bonuses”.

They'll probably meet in the middle, so it'll come down to 30-35 million. #Bellingham to @BVB

I agree with this, he was horrendous in the final and we looked much better when he went off, I like the lad and know his Dad but the jury’s out for me for him in the PL, I just think he will be lost in the MF unless we do get Henderson back and he can nurture him, but I fear for him imho.

Any of them three would be a statement signing and would lay down a marker of our intent that we aren’t just there to make up the numbers.

They missed CL too. If there’s a time to go after their players it’s now.

Think they missed Europe altogether which is mental with their squad.

So if we can buy a couple of decent midfield players we might stand a chance of staying up.
15 million for Watson
30 million for Bellingham
100 million for getting promoted

I believe Speakman will invest in buying players who's value will increase, not journeymen.

Except with Henderson, to have an old head to help on and off the pitch will be invaluable.

I’m still waiting for Craig Hope, Keith Downie or Alan Nixon to run the story that there’s a problem with the ELF deal and that the contract only obligated the transfer upon automatic promotion :D
