It wouldn't be strange to me. RLB has already stated his interest in using Isidor more on the left, and it could well be hes less convinced about Mayenda as a central striker. Both those players could combine as a 'third striker' (who can play as wingers) behind Brobbey and Jimenez.

If Gimenez does come in which is probably unlikely then we don’t sign a winger and Mayenda will be used as a right winger imo
It’s one of them that given Mexican population the shirt sales might be crazy.
That was my thought watching the youtube clips, good finisher but more importantly using his body to create space for others was very impressive, particularly for our runners off him.
You could argue he was good at Man Utd too, given what went before and what came after.

Ajax had a stunning crop come though academy over 3 year period and anyone would have done well with that group.
Say what you want about Ten Haag but sacking a manager after 2 league games is attrocious. Whoever appointed him should be gone.
Don't forget Masuaku plays CB and, imo, was our best player playing there against Huddersfield.
