We dont have Penthouses in Teesside so i wasnt sure if it was taken abroad or not.

It's crazy isn't it? I was speaking to a lass in Newcastle a while back and she mentioned she knew Cirkin. He was a regular in her mam's coffee shop and he lived local to it and she said it was in Jesmond, so unless he's moved (very possible) that isn't his balcony.
It's just him in a relatively indistinguishable place.
The internet just brings out the lunatic in people.
Think it's good for Neil not being the captain, he needs to get his game back and this gives him the opportunity to concentrate on it
