We dont have Penthouses in Teesside so i wasnt sure if it was taken abroad or not. It would have looked abit suss if it was considering we're a few days from the season starting.
It's crazy isn't it? I was speaking to a lass in Newcastle a while back and she mentioned she knew Cirkin. He was a regular in her mam's coffee shop and he lived local to it and she said it was in Jesmond, so unless he's moved (very possible) that isn't his balcony.
