It’s ridiculous they had 2 different football upbringings one came from Charlton the other was in La Masía from the age of 7 they are not the same
They’re miserable see you next Tuesdays, do nowt but complain about signings and are the first to tell you how right they were if they’re ****e.
I'm happy to put my trust in the club now. Couldn't always say that in the past. But they've earned their dues in my opinion.
Seeing Neil talk about us like this and not signing a new deal hurts even if I don’t rate him that highly
yep. He’s got to do what’s right for him tho. Same for Tommy Watson. And likewise the club has to do what’s right for us. As much as I’d love to see Dan Neil walking out as captain vs West Ham, I’m afraid I’m much more confident seeing Granit Xhaka do so. Still my preferred outcome is he signs his deal and fights for his place. He’ll get plenty of minutes and probably more than he’d get at any other premier club.
Watching the documentary I’m thinking how did we get through those dark times and survive to see the likes of Granit Xhaka in red and white
Probably the wrong thread but this documentary was very good. That playoff campaign will forever be one of the most special moments ever in football I love this ****ing club
If that 2 week period of the playoffs is the best I ever see supporting this club then I genuinely have no complaints.
