I would say there’s probably no chance but then some people said the same about Xhaka…….but it’s all gone very quiet about that kid from Real Madrid who was top scorer at the CWC

Okay before someone posts next week I bet that will upset Leeds fans - For the past 48hrs we have been linked with Artem Dovbyk - It has come out of nowhere - Give it a few days and I guarantee it will be Sunderland set to hijack a deal or Sunderland are in talks.
It might be that you already have enquired, maybe Leeds have too, I would imagine you've enquired about a dozen or more strikers the same as we probably have and there will be crossover.
We apparently asked about Dominic Calvert Lewin several weeks ago, his agent said he wants £150k a week so we didn't take it any further, rightly so in my opinion. You'll get a new striker, we will too and I just hope we make the right decision

We can discuss our goalie,our centre backs and our holding midfield as much as we like,but it's goals that'll keep us up.We're going to need to score 50 from somewhere.
I do if that counts for anything - think he's a really interesting striker
Would be a top signing for most teams in my opinion
Also I'd say no chance he goes us or Leeds but in the current market I wouldnt rule it out
We have new specialist coaches now who I imagine will be working privately on the 10 goals, from set pieces, we'll need.

Corners weren't bad though, especially in the playoffs
Still need a couple of centre backs also to help with the clean sheets. Do agree mind the more strikers for me the better.
I'd prefer him over the Chelsea and Fulham links if he is a sensible price, honestly though, I had to Wiki him, I didn't realise he has 36 International caps. Until links gather momentum I don't look for any footage, someone on our forum said he looks big and not very mobile. I'd welcome us signing him, I would not lose any sleep over him not joining, Paixao and Stach were the two I really wanted, we managed one, I have a feeling we will get Solomon now later in the window
