Chelsea will want minutes guaranteed. Does that push mayenda and wilson back. Also had a hamstring injury. 50/50 on this one. Was hoping for older more experience to help bring our strikers ondifferent profile, 6ft 2, very good in the press and is very good in the box according to his former barca coach. "Classic 9"
They are very different profiles imo Guiu is a 6ft2 fox in the box type player and Mayenda looks best when he’s running in behindOur own young, Spanish, left footed, pressing, striker. Perhaps too similar.
You can do both, Mayenda isn't going to play every minute and he developed very well last season as the number 2 behind IsidorThat's not for me. We have our own young player to develop. Hopefully we have that established number 9 still to come in.

If this keeps going we will definitely need the stadium expanding no doubt about it

We could do with something that doesn’t hit our PSR too much. Although the hit for this season is reasonable, it still amounts to a structural hit of £30m per season from 26/27. So we start each summer a fair way into the hole. If we can add to the squad for this season in some areas without digging any deeper, we’ll be doing ourselves a massive favour in the medium term.I'm not sure how I feel about a straight loan. If he helps keep us up then I suppose it's worth it - and gives us time to identify a longer term solution or get Abdullahi the loan he needs and see how he develops.

Fully agree on Elliott, would be a great signing

Experienced, premier league level strikers are very hard to find and very expensiveFor me I want a more of an established, experienced 9 and use Mayenda and Wilson to support.

Magnus did hint at 2 forwards coming inDon't have to be premier league. More established / experienced. We are spending 20-30m on players at will, so I am hoping this is followed within the striker department
And there is no guarantee that, after paying a huge fee, they will do the business. I can really see the case for being 'canny' in the striker market.Experienced, premier league level strikers are very hard to find and very expensive

I disagree, think Guiu is best pressing and in a counter attacking side too. They are very different profiles imo Guiu is a 6ft2 fox in the box type player and Mayenda looks best when he’s running in behind
Definitely not and rightly soDoes anyone think Isidor might be moved on? Hasn’t been given much of a chance during pre season is all.
