Ironically I drove past the AOL at about 11.30 this morning. I saw a DPD driver at the security barrier. He was getting out of his van and he genuinely looked the spit of Granit Xhaka. I took this as a sign we would get a confirmation today. I then get back to the office and have a look through my phone. In other news, Trafford is supposedly having his medical at City today. That could possibly mean Ortega could be moving on this week. I’d be delighted if we are in for him.

I think Ramsdale is a decent keeper, probably mid table prem standard - meaning he'll be very good for us.

For them lot, I'm not so sure.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ortega goes to Burnley.

I keep thinking how did Xhakas name even get mentioned. Like how was that even in the pool of players we thought we could attract. Had options to get the coin in Saudi, his current manager has said in public that hes an important player for a quality european side. For £13m, if the likes of Brighton or Brentford signed him, we'd all be like aye thats incredible business.

Hopefully be some pictures of him landing in the UK later on today
