Again, Fulham with 0 signings with the season start slowly approaching must be concern, didn't they have a few leave too?

They haven’t lost anyone of note, a couple have left on frees but all their key players remain. They’ll be fine

I see Burnley have concentrated on defence again.. They lost some key people...still may lose their keeper. So i'm guessing their strategy is again not to concede...lets see if that works in the Premier league
It'll be interesting. If they keep the strategy they had last year, they'll go down in my opinion. Whilst I'm not suggesting anyone should copy Southampton, the idea that you can hold off some of the top class strikers in this league for match after match is fanciful at best. For teams like ourselves and Burnley, goals are needed to survive.

It could just be my impression, which is probably wrong, that,on here, we seem to be focussing on defenders, goalies and combative midfielders. Have we lost the striker desire, and suggesting, with the support we've added, Wilson,Elizer and Ahmed are enough?

Interesting I watched a video on youtube think it was from the Athletic and they said the opposite, they looked at the newly promoted teams who managed to stay up and it was based around not conceding

But despite this I think the same as you still if you dont get goals all of your potential wins and turn to draws and so on

Hoping the counter attack we deploy is of similar ilk to how forest managed it this year battering teams with an average possession of less 40%

We know nowt really, but I’d say defenders are number one priority at this point. We need to have sorted that problem in the next 10 days

That's what I'm hoping we see. I have some bitter memories of matches in which we defended really well, only to concede late on. At some point in the ebb and flow of the match we have to score.
