Long are isn’t a decent player at all. He’s a show pony who behaves like a child imho.
I remember that video of him repeating the words ‘beans beans beans’ like he has Tourettes.

Fair enough. It does say plus incentives which is the right thing to do for Forrest. Means they will get a return of product if he scores and assists I would imagine.

Good signing for them.

They have bought a fair few players. Some are pretty good aswell.

They are in for Dennis now

Nottingham Forest are exploring a deal for Nigeria striker Emmanuel Dennis, with Watford wanting around £25m for the 24-year old. (Mail)

I can see forest beating Newcastle or getting a score draw. Promoted sides often carry confidence into the following season and start well.

They pumped Leicester last season, they play decent football and are spending money.

I'll get pelters for saying it, but It really won't be easy... Newcastle haven't done enough yet to strengthen their fire power and its too late for any new signings to start now.

Newcastle won't be adding anything tasty it'll just be two run of the mill prem players that can do a job.

I'd agree. We need to do some more in forward areas. Having said that I'm not one of these fans getting wound up about not signing anyone in these positions yet as I'm sure it's bloody difficult getting the right deal done for many many reasons. We are not quite able to shop from the top shelf but you don't want to bloat the squad out with average players on decent contracts.

Some good players in there now and they’re a very capable side and Newcastle aren't great. Howe got something out of them last season and they ground out a few wins, but this season he's going with a new possession based style.

This is still Newcastle and I see a banana skin.

We will skull **** Forrest into oblivion on opening day.............It would be the same scenario as if you found Maggie Thatchers open grave with no-one looking. :bandit:

*this is perhaps the most offensive thing I've ever written* :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I'm not saying they aren't trying im happy with the situation. All we wanted was a club that tries.

I just don't think Newcastle have any good fwd players and forest is top soon for any new recruits.

This sqaud is riddled with players that are not good enough and nobody else wants.
