I think the 50m over 5 years was an absolute lie. I think their plan is to be top of the pile within 5 years and if it takes a billion then that’s what it takes.

If you have a Premier league team at the very very top in the top echelons of world football you have the best marketing platform.

PIF isn’t doing this unless they are top.
