BOS: it's never a pretty sight when a player is begging to leave and not something likely to endear him to the QPR faithful. Ambition is one thing but I'm old fashioned and like to see greater discretion and some vestige of loyalty.

If that report is correct, then BOS is likely to be gone, Palace or elsewhere.

I think we are left with one of the weakest squads I can remember.

We might survive though as I wouldn’t be surprised if one or two teams suffer 10 point deductions as a result of financial collapse.

Is it his agent that's pushing for the move?

There's no guarantee that palace will make an offer so why not sign a new contract on presumably slightly better terms and then if a bid comes in its considered on it's merits...... I like the club's thinking about him needing another season in the championship......another season to get experience would suit both him and club. Bos needs to cop on a bit and do the right thing for both parties.....

This time last year...BOS was not performing and was not on our radar
we were hopeful Eze would come good, but we did not know how good he would be

We had no strikers, they came later AND WERE loans

I am not that pessimistic yet

At least wait until after Saturday!

There doesn't seem to have been too much high profile transfer activity - at least incoming - in the Championship so far. I suspect that cash is a major issue for many clubs right now, and it is difficult to see that moderating before the New Year

I wouldn't be surprised if Palace had a hand in him rejecting the Bruges move. If he ends up moving for less than the Bruges offer it will be a proper stitch-up...

I cant see Oteh ever scoring for us. Hes just not good enough on what I've seen of him. If and when BOS goes, this squad will be much more worse than at the start of last season.

We'll still have the free scoring but totally unable to defend Manning.....

Yep. Just hope we can cope on Saturday with just Dykes. Don't want to rush into the wrong deal for the sake of having a decent sub for one game.
Oteh looks to be improving a touch or 2 to me with his increasing minutes in the team. Maybe confidence, a goal could give him more. He won us the corner in the first minute from which we scored at Plymouth. Small beginnings....

I really don't understand all the resentment aimed at players who just want to get the best reward they can for their efforts. I would do the same.

I do resent their agents, though.
I guess its because the ridiculous amount of money being paid in wages. You and I will want to get paid for our efforts however I for one probably earn as much in 1yr as BOS will be offered as a weekly wage, and that's the difference

Where’s The Ram? Even if he’s dog **** I assume he’s injured if he didn’t feature at Plymouth.

Would rather Little Smyth up top than Oteh. Really liked the look of him in that cup game he scored a pen in years ago but doesn’t seem to have kicked on at all.

What about Shodipo? He showed promise towards the end of the season. Not sure if he is primarily a winger though, if such a position still exists.
