Cracking piece of business for Brentford, but shows some degree of desperation by Villa who know that unless they score a lot more goals this season are likely to be in a relegation scrap

Whether Watkins can perform in a different formation without B and M remains to be seen. And unless Brentford have got a ready replacement I doubt they'll be serious promotion contenders. We'll probably still gift them an easy 6 points though
 
I see reports that BOS wants to join Eze at palace, doesn’t look like he will sign a contract then, if he is still here on Saturday I just wouldn’t play him anymore

This is the side of football I hate. If he doesn’t want to be at QPR then go. We give players the chance to live their dream and they repay us by stalling on contracts.

It is media speculation, maybe not fact. The window is open another month. There is an interesting interview with Warburton on LFW where he answers many questions, including one on this.

They spent over 100m last season and stayed up by the skin of their teeth. It's a lot of brass for unproven players at premier league level.
