Cracking read that mate, thanks. Their head of academy being an ex teacher does not surprise me too much. Huge emphasis on education in academies in France. I also know school teachers who coach and they are often very good. Who better to explain things to an 8 or 9 year old, than someone who has trained for years in how best to explain things to an 8 or 9 year old.
