Man U bought him for big money but he struggled at Rangers last season very young and inconsistent not sure he’s what we need

Watched a few clips of him on Wyscout tonight and he looks an exciting prospect. Technically looks really good, attacks the back post really well from a wide position - def worth the risk imo

Jewison Bennette will be in England this week to pass the medical tests and sign his contract as a new Sunderland Championship footballer.
I suppose Wigan will be putting a bid in for him then.
I would be surprised if he was a player we were targeting. I am not sure we will do many big loan deals, like this one would be, where there is a demand on game time from the parent club.
Would imagine our loans will be used to cover ballards injury and maybes (hopefully) a centre mid
I quite like the sound of the signing to be honest. 4 year deal, very young player with potential. Already a full international and with a world cup this year to perhaps make a mark. Will be interesting anyway to see how he fits in.
