First 11 are comfortable at this level, back up not so sure
Nail on the head mate. I'm gutted today but my head says that as a young and inexperienced team, dropping these points could lead to us gaining more if they learn the lessons. Neil got it wrong today but after all those late goals last season, he's earned a **** load of mistakes. Gotta get a few experienced players in. We've got enough young lads for now

Big worry is that 11 is now weaker due to ballards injury

still not in panic mode but i think today was a good example of why we need some experience in there, maybe the older lads do not 'have the legs' but that should not matter if coming on for 30 or so minutes to see a game out and a far better option than trying to keep lads running around the pitch when they are knackered.

hopefully (and we keep saying it) the club have a few irons in the fire and some start to come off, AN needs the options, the fans need the lift, the players need the help...the simple fact is, we are more than holding our own in this league and even taking the game to teams expected to be 'up there', what we need is to be able to bring subs on that will stop us losing ground late in games.

Agreed, another solid centre mid, probably need a centre back now due to ballards injury and a third option up top has to be a priority, still an argument for an experienced keeper, rate Patterson but he was weak today and is going to need a break at some point

Not disputing that, but then who could we look at on the bench at that point?

We're still basically a League one team, that won't change in 1 window. Fans need to get real, it's all about consolidating, we've played Jimmy Hill FC and Shepherds Bush FC, 2 teams established in this league. Well be fine

Don't know. Just our end.
Speakman and his team need to start completing deals. Great to see the club are keeping their cards close to their chest, but the time comes when we need to start stepping things up and seeing these deals through. Today shows that the slowness in our transfer business will start to cost us points
