Not to be a bed wetter but pissed off with the result today, we need bodies and we need them now

 

Nah, that today was purely down to poor game management from the manager and the players.

We were very good for the most part.

 

True, just sickening to throw that away, still if I was offered 5 from the first 3 I’d have snapped your hands off, we’ll be okay just a tough one to take today

 

Absolute sickener mate.

Especially given the stuff QPR got away with.

 

Performance was ok until we sat back. Their first goal scorer should have been off. Maybe we’ll get a swing for that roundabout.

 

Good thing with this league is great chance to put it right mid week I guess, would like an addition or 2 in place if we can, worrying if ballards injury is a bad one

 

We better be all in for a midfield general. We are going to score goals just need to defend a lead.

 

Think we’ll be right up there in terms of goals scored, centre mid and centre half maybe now should be the priority, no idea who but I’ll leave that to Neil/speakman

 

Well that was a sickener.
Lad who scored the free kick should have been off raising hands to gooch, then the goalie for gods sake...not to mention Embletons off the bar on 90+3.
I know Im whinging, just sick as a chip

This I agree with. To late with the subs. Hasn’t made mistakes but I think that was one.

 

What is it with SAFC and Centre Halfs

 

We need bodies in and need them now, that game today proves everything about the depth we’ve got atm

 

First 11 are comfortable at this level, back up not so sure

 

Performance was good for me, however game management let us down imo. Feels like a defeat but onwards and upwards.

 

Just back from the game..played excellent. Our game management was great up until the last 15 mins when we were absolutely blowing out of our backsides. Some going on about AN not making substitutions, Simms off on 60 due to lack of any meaningful pre-season. That was a game where we needed 10 subs as we'd all given 120% throughout in the red hot conditions. I'm certainly not faulting AN. Some will, thats their opinion. Not for me. We do need another 4 players thru the team tho.

 

Well that’s the thing, starting 11 are but we have no one who can come on to help manage the game and see it out

 

The players gave everything and we're dead on their feet, that's why we didn't win today. No other reason.
